SURe Water 4 Africa Frameworks

Each of the implementing local authorities will develop a local action plan or SURe Water Framework aimed at providing an integrated and participatory approach towards improving urban water and sanitation services in the city, taking cognisance of climate change.

The action plan will include the local authorities priority adaptation measures identified through an intensive consultative stakeholder process, the objectives and targets developed for an integrated urban water management approach, the activities foreseen to achieve the planned improvements and a financial and management plan for implementation in the local authorities.
